He has spent the past 18 years marketing and selling luxury homes in Charlotte and Lake Norman as well as Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, where his team consistently ranked among the top teams in the area. His client list includes professional athletes, an NFL coach, a best-selling author, and many executives of Fortune 500 Companies. Aaron has also worked for national new home builders and local custom builders, giving him an intimate knowledge and well-defined perspective of the building process.
Aaron excels at the negotiating table, navigating even the most challenging situations with grace and ease. He has been awarded the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers. The SRS is recognized as the premier credential in seller representation by the National Association of Realtors. Aaron also holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, for meeting specific educational and practical experience criteria.
Aaron has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Sandy is responsible for the marketing and advertising efforts of The Marshall Team. She maintains all of our websites, social media, blogs, and search engine optimization. She also coordinates the print and online marketing for our listings. Sandy is a certified Real Estate Professional Assistant with 18 years experience marketing luxury real estate.
