My wife and I have been looking to sell our waterfront property on Lake Norman for a while. We used another agent and were not getting the responses we were hoping for and thus required more local knowledge. As such, we were referred to Aaron who has been great. As it relates to our sale, Aaron was very honest and provided regular updates (monthly) on what was going on with our property, the neighborhood, and the overall lake market. Additionally, I was impressed with his team’s marketing ability as they posted the land on numerous sites and refreshed the listing several times to make sure it showed up near the top of any searches. Overall, we’d give Aaron very high marks and would recommend him to others looking to buy or sell properties in the area. Great job!
