River Run Country Club in Davidson, NC will host the Chiquita Classic, a Web.com Tour Finals event. The Chiquita Classic will be played September 2 – 8 and feature a purse of $1 Million. “River Run is honored and excited to be associated with an outstanding sponsor and such a prestigious Tour event,” said Greg Murphy, River Run Country Club board member. “Our championship course provides a fair but stern test to golf, and we are very grateful to Chiquita for partnering with us in this endeavor.”
