Film director Elizabeth Allen will begin filming “Careful What You Wish For” on April 5, with northern Mecklenburg and southern Iredell counties as the backdrop. Allen has directed several feature films as well as episodes of television shows including 90210, Vampire Diaries, and Life Unexpected. She expects filming to take about five weeks.
