The home was a foreclosure that the bank repossessed last year. It was listed for $3.5 Million. Jordan purchased the home for $2.8 Million.
Eight homes have sold Year-To-Date in The Peninsula. The average sales price of the homes sold was $1,318,000. There are another seventeen homes currently under contract in The Peninsula.
