The average sales price of the homes sold was $264,264, the average list price was $271,482 and the average days on market was 68. When compared to Huntersville real estate sales last July the number of sales is up 36 percent and the sales price is up 8.5 percent. The days on market went from 100 to 68. The average sales price of the homes sold was $278,668, the average list price was $287,569 and the average days on market was 94. When compared to Huntersville real estate sales last April the number of sales is up, the sales price is up and the days on market is down. Vermillion was the best selling Huntersville neighborhood in March with 11 homes sold. The average sales price of the homes sold in Vermillion was $285,035 and the average days on market was 44.
