The average sales price of the homes sold was $419,963, the average list price was $432,988 and the average days on market was 73. When compared to Cornelius real estate sales last August the number of sales is up 8.5 percent, the sales price is down 17.5 percent and the days on market is down 32 percent. Following are the August 2012 Cornelius real estate statistics: 35 single-family homes sold, average sales price was $509,413 and average days on market was 108.

Caldwell Station was the best selling neighborhood in Cornelius for August with 5 sales. When compared to Cornelius real estate sales last March the number of sales are up 25%, the sales price is down 8.5% and the days on market are down from 133 days to 121 days. Following are the March 2012 Cornelius real estate statistics: 32 single-family homes sold, average sales price was $489,325 and average days on market was 133.
